Julie is a Commercial Insurance Account Manager responsible for handling all aspects of customer service. She joined the Agency in April of 2000 with a previous background in customer service/claim processing. Julie handles approximately 220 accounts, and her customer account knowledge and attention to detail make her very effective in her position. A licensed PA insurance agent, Julie achieved her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2005.
